Holemans Manalys, a storyline where audacity meets tradition since 1922.

For over a century, Holemans has been meticulously crafting jewelry by skilled artisans in their workshops, a tradition started by their founder, Henri Holemans. In 1999, Holemans is the first Belgian jeweller shop to open in Paris, Place Vedôme. In 2009, Moïse Mann, after years of perfecting his expertise, launched his own brand, Manalys. in 2024, he merges Manalys with Holemans to blend contemporary creativity with historic legacy, preserving the status as the benchmark for artisanal jewelry in Belgium.

With a shared vision, we shaped a single identity that celebrates legacy while embracing the next decades of Holemans Manalys, blending the heritage of the past with a contemporary spirit.

Fusing Classic Heritage and Modern Aesthetics

To emphasize the fusion of heritage and modernity embodied by Holemans and Manalys, we set out to reimagine the iconic Holemans squirrel, which had become overly stylized over time. Our approach involved revisiting its original design, carefully refining and reshaping it to enhance its clarity and adaptability for digital and signage applications. We are also celebrating more than 100 years of craftmanship by adding “1922” to the icon the founding year of ateliers Holemans.

Typographic design

The typeface was custom-designed, drawing inspiration from the Art Deco typography of the 1920s—an era that coincides with the founding of the brand. This thoughtful combination of elements bridges the legacy of craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics, honoring the rich history while embracing modern design principles.

Each piece of jewellery created at Holemans Manalys embodies the stringent standards and excellence of craftsmanship. Step by step, they ensure that outheir jewels proudly represent the colours and values of 100% Belgian jewellery, coming to life right in the heart of the capital, in their boutique workshops.
